Peoples Photography 2009 – Sat 29th / Sun 30th August

Well it’s hard to believe Peoples Photography has come around again. It’s been a full year since my first foray and I feel a lot more prepared this time round, both in terms of the caliber of my images and my general preparations.

This year I really focused on the quality of the end product with all my images being printed on either Hahnemuhle FineArt Pearl 285gsm semi-gloss or Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm matt papers. All printed on my HP B9180 A3+ professional printer means I have been able to deliver top notch archival quality prints. This has been great experience for me as I will also be launching my own portfolio site in the next few days where I will be selling my work over the internet

So what’s the final selection you ask? Well after short listing about 30 possible candidates I asked the good folks following me on Twitter and Facebook to give me their input. And boy did they! Lots of discussion and input and it really helped a lot. Seeing my work through other peoples eyes was very educational, and at times humbling.

So below is that final selection.

If you find yourself around town on either Saturday 29th or Sunday 30th August and at a loose end please stop by my display (84), half-way between Dawson Street and Kildare Street. Hope to see you there!
